Baked Pumpkin and Apples
2 c. apples
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Baked Pumpkin and Apples
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cut off the top of 6 to 7 inch pumpkin and clean out. Fill pumpkin with mixture. Bake with top on for 2 hours or until done. (This recipe is for the daring cook....but you will be amazed at how it tastes.)
