- Place chicken, grapes, celery, apples and spinach in a medium bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice and salt.
- Pour dressing over chicken mixture and fold until well coated.
- Mound chicken salad on top of salad greens or serve on sandwich rolls or croissants. Makes 4 servings.
