Sunrise Apple (We recommend Gala, Talmon Sweet or Golden Delicious)
Carrots, thinly sliced
Crushed dried basil
Fresh or thawed frozen snow pea pods
- On a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add onion, carrots and basil. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add pea pods, water and ginger. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add apple and cook for 2 minutes longer. Serve hot over rice or rice noodles.
