Apple Smoothie with Apple Pie Spice

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large Gala or another eating apple, peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 cup almond milk, vanilla (or substitute coconut, soy or dairy milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Put all the ingredients in the blender, in order. Frappe on high to blend. Serve immediately.
