INGREDIENTS
- 1 large Gala or another eating apple, peeled and seeded
- 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 cup almond milk, vanilla (or substitute coconut, soy or dairy milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredients in the blender, in order. Frappe on high to blend. Serve immediately.
