What's the difference between Premier Honeycrisp and Standard Honeycrisp Apple?
🍎The classic Honeycrisp: sweet, crisp, juicy, with that signature “crunch.” It has a balanced sweet-tart flavor and is harvested during the main Honeycrisp season mid-September.
🍎Premier Honeycrisp Apple
A specially selected early Honeycrisp variety that ripens sooner (often 1–2 weeks earlier than standard Honeycrisp). Typically smaller in size and not as red yet still has that Honeycrisp crunch and sweetness. Flavor can be slightly milder than peak-season Honeycrisp since it’s an early harvest version. It does not store well the way the classic Honeycrisp does.
